Hand-hewn log house with indoor swimming pool, radiant heated floors, geothermal closed loop pond heat pump and tank less water heater. The Designers goal was to make the house as flexible and efficient as possible. The size of the building is not big and it respects the land and the pace of life, that unfolds there. Doors and windows push dormers above the main roof plane where necessary and fill between members of the timber frame to give the building a strong sense of permanence
